Q. How do I look after my baskets?
A. I recommend that you water your hanging basket once a day, even twice a day in very hot weather. Water storing crystals are added to the compost of your basket, if you forget to water it. But be careful not to over water your basket, as this can affect the performance of your plants.
Q. Do you offer a delivery service?
A. Yes I can delivery your hanging basket if you live in Hull or the East Riding. A small delivery charge maybe incurred for deliveries over 5 miles from HU13, please contact me for further details.
Q. Do you offer returns or refunds?
A. My aim is that you are 100% happy with your basket. Please contact me if you have any concerns and I will discuss them with you. Returns are accepted within seven days, return costs are your responsibility. Due to the nature of the products, I will only offer refunds in certain circumstances. No refunds or returns are offered where products have suffered as a result of lack of watering, over watering, care or weather.
